WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your first box will arrive within 5-10 business days after your order.
For subsequent boxes, we mail them out in the first few days of each month, so you can expect to receive your box by the 10th of every month.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Currently, we only ship to Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden. We’re working on expanding our shipping options—stay tuned!
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! Once your box has been shipped, you can follow your order within the PostNord app.

HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
With our flexible subscription options, a curated Bare Bundles box will be delivered to your home either monthly or every other month—your choice! You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION?
No, there’s no minimum commitment. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime.
WHAT SIZE CLOTHES WILL I RECEIVE?
When you subscribe, you’ll select your baby’s current size. We’ll follow your baby’s growth and automatically send the next size every two month.
CAN I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS?
Yes! You can update your baby’s size or style preferences at any time. Just mail us at support@barebundles.com and we will get it sorted for you.

WHAT TYPES OF CLOTHES ARE INCLUDED IN THE BOX?
Each box contains pre-loved, high-quality clothing items tailored to your baby’s size and the current season. You can expect a mix of bodysuits, pants, tops, and more.
WHAT BRANDS ARE INCLUDED IN THE BOX?
Our boxes include a thoughtfully curated mix of brands that may vary each month. You’ll find favorites like H&M, Lindex, Kappahl, and Next, as well as Zara and other quality brands—depending on what we’ve sourced recently.
We do not support Shein, Temu and similar brands, so clothes from these brands will never be included in the boxes you receive.
WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE CLOTHES?
Every single item is carefully inspected, washed, and ironed before being packed into your box.
CAN I CHOOSE SPECIFIC STYLES FOR MY BABY?
Yes! During checkout, you can select your preferred style: boy, girl, or neutral. You can even choose add-ons for your box.
Our team hand-picks items based on your preference while ensuring quality and seasonal appropriateness.

MY BOX ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please email us at support@barebundles.com within 7 days of receiving your box. We are happy to support you with a solution that suits you best!
ONE OR SEVERAL ITEMS DON'T FIT MY BABY. WHAT SHOULD I?
We are so sorry! Contact us at support@barebundles.com and we will sort it out for you and adjust the clothing sizes for the upcoming boxes.
Please ensure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your box if you have any issues. After this period, we might not be able to assist you.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
If you wish to request a return, please email us at support@barebundles.com. You will need your email and order number to support this request.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ORDER?
To comply with our return policy, you will have 14 days to request a return from the day the item is received.
